Bengaluru: Congress Leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi’s fight against the anti-farmer laws, violation of Covid guidelines during the Mekedatu Padayatra, protests against price rise and the Income Tax Department’s case were all heard on the same day.

Speaking to mediapersons Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President D. K. Shivakumar said that since all these cases were heard on the same day, I took a break from the Prajadhvani Yatra and attended it myself. In one case, the bail had to be extended. In the remaining cases, the hearing has been adjourned to May as we have sought time, he said.

The Income Tax Department’s case has also been postponed to May, he informed.
