Bengaluru: Ed Sheeran’s Shape Of You is a big hit with artistes, students and actors like Sushmitha Sen, Disha Patani grooving to it with their alternate versions of the song, which is getting better day by day. The latest parody of the popular song is by our very own Bengaluru-based comedian Ahmed Shariff.

The latest version created by the comedian speaks about biriyani obsession and every Indian can relate to it. The absolutely hillarious video has gone viral now with over 75,000 shares. The funny video with a caption ‘Biriyani anthem’ has over three million views.

Born in Bengaluru in 1985, Ahmed Shariff started his comedy career in mid-2011 and has been ranked by MTV among top 15 comedians in India. He has performed in hundreds of shows all over India, especially performing in auditoriums, clubs and corporate clients. Shariff is also one of the founding partners of Bangalore Comedy Club – the premiere comedy club in India whose shows run to packed houses. His mom, dad and sister live in Mysore, his ancestral home.
