Bengaluru: An email about a bomb in a private school sent the police and school authorities into an alarming mode in the City.

The mail was received by a private school located at Basaveshwara Nagar and it mentioned that a bomb was planted in the institution. The alert management of the school informed the police immediately.

The police rushed to the school with bomb disposal and sniffer dog squads. The students were shifted out of the classrooms and placed in a safe place. The entire premises had to be cordoned off.
