Bengaluru: The members of labour cell of Congress staged a protest outside BBMP here on Tuesday March 16.

The protesters demanded not to close down Indira canteen. They alleged that BJP government is responsible for the same. They urged to keep the canteen open between 7.00 am and 10.00 am as it helps poor class to feed themselves.

On the occasion, they pressed the government to take their demand seriously and respond to their plea.
