Bengaluru: The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike has decided to stop vehicular movement on the Balagangadharanatha Swamy flyover due to surfacing work of the road.

The vehicular movement has been diverted and the police department too has given signal for the repair work.

The BBMP officials have informed that the surfacing work was underway for 2.65 km-stretch from Sirsi Circle flyover to the road that leads to Town Hall.

The work on one side of the road has already been finished and to complete the other side a 30-day deadline has been given by the BBMP to the officials and contractors.
