Bengaluru: The Congress government at the state seems to be thriving on the controversies that it  has been creating one after the other. The latest to stoke a controversy is Minister for Agriculture Krishna Byregowda.

A whatsapp video, which has gone viral shows the minister giving a group of students a piece of his mind.  What was the mistake that the students committed? Well, they demanded recruitment in the agriculture Department.

The students had pointed out to the Minister that over the last five years no recruitment had been done to the various vacant posts in the department.

A delegation of students from Agri University had reportedly met the Minister urging him to take action. The Minister initially said that he would act at the earliest.

But, when the students continued a dialogue, an irritated minister replied to them in an unacceptable tone telling them that while they do not have any right to demand jobs, he and his department does not have the obligation to give them jobs!
