Bengaluru: In a shocking incident, 3-4 goons with guns were occupying the residential welfare office of an apartment complex in Electronic City.
The trouble started off when the residents of Ajmera Infinity, opposed the builder’s move to integrate the amenities of their apartment complex with his new projects that were coming up close by.
The situation turned worse on Thursday when goons of the builder were spotted with pistols. One of the residents recorded the video and tagged it on social media.
It is said that when the residents approached the police for help, they refused to help them and advised them to solve the problem themselves.
With their appeals falling on deaf ears, the residents took to social media on Thursday.
There are over 3,000 residents residing in the complex who are now under ‘house-arrest’. They feel that their families should be enjoying the amenities of the building as they have paid for it.
The Ajmera Infinity was built with amenities such as swimming pools, club house and other facilities. The builder bought another piece of land adjacent to The Ajmera Infinity and constructed villas without any luxurious amenities.
Later, he demolished the boundary wall of Ajmera Infinity and imposed the rule that the residents of te villas can use the amenities at Ajmera Infinity.
Residents of Ajmera Infinity tried to build the boundary wall, which was demolished twice by the builder. The persistent residents kept trying to build the boundary wall, which led the builder to employ goons and station them in the premises.
