Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy is known for sending mixed signals in state politics. Speaking to the reporters in Tittamaranahalli village in Channapatna taluk in Ramanagar he said intriguingly, “anything can happen in politics. Nothing is permanent.”

He was reacting to the question of whether a coalition between BJP and JDS is possible in the future.

“Who anticipated that HD Deve Gowda will go to the Rajya Sabha? He wanted to contest in the election in 2014 itself. However, he was forced to contest in 2019 again. After the defeat in the 2019 election, he wanted to take a break. But now again he is going to go to the Rajya Sabha. It is very difficult to predict anything in politics,” he said.

“Our family is committed to the service of the people. So all are demanding that we contest in the election,” he said.
