Bengaluru: DySP Anupama Shenoy after her sudden resignation, in a series of Facebook posts has threatened Labour Minister P T Parameshwar Naik of releasing a controversial CD.

According to sources, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has sought explanation from Naik over the allegations. It is said that the police department is also thinking of taking action against Anupama for her comments on social media.
Anupama in a couple of Facebook posts asked Naik when he was resigning from his post and also threatened him of releasing some CD which could be watched only after midnight.
Meanwhile on Tuesday, Siddaramaiah directed DG&IGP Om Prakash not to process her resignation and also not to get provoked by Anupama’s statements on social media.
Earlier, Siddramaiah said that he had nothing to do with Anupama’s resignation and also that he had directed Ballari SP?R Chetan to request her to reconsider her decision.
Senior officers from the police department have reportedly said that Anupama’s conduct was immature and emotional.
It may be recalled that Anupama was transferred for putting Naik’s call on hold. Following public outcry, the transfer order was cancelled. She resigned after a protest over her action against a liquor shop.
