Ambulance driver booked for drunk driving

Bengaluru: An ambulance driver was caught drunk driving on Saturday evening. The police have identified the accused as Rajesh M (30) working for a private hospital. Rajesh was returning home when the traffic police, who were on a special drive, intercepted him near the toll booth on Airport Road.

The police said the alcohol content in his blood was above the permissible limit. The police said that there was no patient or body in the ambulance. The police registered a case against Rajesh and the vehicle was seized.
