Bengaluru: A hardcore fan of the actor turned politician MH Ambareesh committed suicide in Mandya district.

According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Tammaiah (34), a resident of Hottegowdanadoddi village under the Mandya police limits.

“After hearing the news of the death of his favorite actor, Tammaiah was in shock and remain awake whole night on Saturday. On Sunday around 12.15 pm, he committed suicide by keeping his head on the railway track near Pandavapura,” police informed.

“We have registered an Unnatural Death Case,” police added.
