Bengaluru: Reserved Police Force ADGP Alok Kumar, who is facing a CBI investigation in connection with a phone tapping case, has been transferred yet again. It is not yet known what his new posting will be.

On Thursday and Friday, a team of CBI investigators grilled Kumar for around 14 hours and 30 minutes. His residence and offices were also raided by the CBI team which is on the look out for the copies of the recorded phone calls.

“The decision to transfer him was taken based on the feedback received by senior officials,” informed sources in the state home department.
