Bengaluru: Senior Congress leaders including former CM Siddaramaiah, Mallikarjun Kharge, BK Hariprasad, VS Ugrappa, DK Shivakumar, and others are visiting New Delhi to meet the party high command today, December 30.
According to sources, all these leaders have been given different dates to meet the national party leaders in New Delhi.
Party high-command is likely to take a final decision on the new KPCC president and legislature party leader after this consultation.
It can be recalled that Dinesh Gundu Rao resigned from the KPCC president post and Siddaramaiah resigned as the CLP leader following the Congress’s debacle in the assembly by-polls held in 15 constituencies.
