Additional Advocate General A S Ponnanna resigns

Bengaluru: Additional Advocate General (AAG) of the state government, A S Ponnanna has resigned from his post.

Confirming his resignation, he informed that he had sent his resignation letter on April 15 and added that he has resigned for personal reasons.

Ponnanna was appointed as the AAG when Siddaramaiah was the Chief Minister of the state. He has been serving in this post since July 2014 and continued to do so in the coalition government also. He was recently elevated as senior advocate.
