Bengaluru: After the UPA’s defeat in the 2019 General Elections, then AICC social media in-charge and actress Ramya alias Divya Spandana, seemingly vanished from social media altogether. Her online accounts fell silent and there was no clarity as to whether she was maintaining a low profile.

Now, after almost a year of inactivity, she has once again become active on social media. Her very first post after the year-long hiatus from social media was in connection with the death of the pregnant elephant in Kerala.

She wrote in support of an online petition that was launched on change.org in this connection.

“Hope you all are doing well and staying safe! Take a minute to sign this petition!” she posted on Facebook.

As expected, thousands of her followers asked her to stay active instead of maintaining a low profile.
