Bengaluru: Karnataka got its new DG-IGP in the form of senior officer Praveen Kumar Soon, on Friday, January 31, soon after which the state government issued a slew of transfer orders to as many as 30 police officers.
One of the important transfers is that of Dr. Chandrahas, who has been appointed as the new police commissioner of Mysuru city.
Other important transfers include N S Megharik (DGP-CID), R P Sharma (DGP- Home guards), T Sunil Kumar (ADGP-ACB), Seemanth Kumar (IGP-Western Range, Mangaluru), K T Balakrishna (DIG- recruitments), G Radhika (SP, Chitradurga), R Shrinivasa Gowda (SP-Hassan) and N Satish (SP-Gadag).
