Bangalore: As many as 100 e-toilets will be set up in 50 Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) schools in the city in the next two years.

The e-toilets will be installed on a pilot basis in the BBMP schools by Rajeev Chandrasekhar, MP, under the MPLADs (Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme). To begin with, two e-toilets each will be installed at the BBMP Girls’ School and College in Jogupalya at Ulsoor, and BBMP High School on Dispensary Road at Shivajinagar.
According to a press release, around 50 high-priority schools have been identified for the pilot project.
