Gadag: In Gadag’s Vagal village people have been terrorised by an unwelcome guest, a monkey.

As per reports, the monkey, which locals claim to be insane, has in the past two days wreaked havoc among the people by attacking and biting them. Among those who fell victims to the attack of the monkey include several children studying at the Eagle Primary School in the taluk. Some three-four villagers also sustained injuries after a fall while trying to escape from the monkey’s wrath.

Kiran Vali, Nilavvawa Jalihala, Renuka, Girija, Umesh, Paravva are among those injured and have been admitted to Naragunda Taluk Hospital.
