Dharwad: A structure which was under construction has collapsed in Kumareshwara Nagar here on Tuesday, March 19.

The collapsed structure is under construction from the past two years near the new bus stand and is known to be related to former MLA from Congress, Vinay Kulkarni’s relative.

According to eye witnesses, over 100 labourers could be stuck under the debris.
