Dharwad: Members of Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (Swabhimani Balaga) resorted to flash protest in front of the DC office here on Thursday evening, as the news of Minister Tanveer Sait allegedly viewing porn pictures at a Tippu Jayanti programme in Raichur was telecast.

The members, who burnt the effigy of Primary and Secondary Education minister, raised slogans against him and demanded the government to immediately drop him from the cabinet.

Sait as a minister was attending a government programme in which thousands of people were present. His act has shown disrespect to his Chair and he should be immediately dropped, demanded protestors citing what message will he pass on to the children being an Education minister.

A memorandum was sent to the government through district administration in this regard.
