Dharawad: “The nomination papers will be submitted on April 19. I joined the Congress under the leadership of National President Mallikarjuna Kharge. “After joining the Congress party, there is no need to criticise the BJP party. The BJP leaders have given me a status. I don’t blame the party but there are some people who are at fault,” he rued.
