Dharawad: One person has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a Police Constable in Hubballi here.

The Police said that the man has been sent to judicial custody. The Constable Mahantesh Maddgola is serving as a constable at Hubballi Rural Police Station.

It is alleged that as the Constable scolded one Suresh of the Bhandiwad Village in an instance earlier, the Constable was stabbed with a knife by a man in a quarrel in the Bhandiwad outpost of Hubballii Rural Police Station on Thursday January 5.
