Belagavi: The State Government has issued an order appointing Senior IAS officer M. G. Hiremath as Regional Commissioner.

Belagavi Deputy Commissioner M. G. Hiremath has been appointed by KRIDL. He was transferred to Bengaluru as Managing Director. He has now been re-appointed as the Regional Commissioner for his own District.

Originally from Ganikoppa Village in Bailahongal Taluk, M.G. Hiremath has served as Deputy Commissioner in Belagavi for nearly two years.
