Belagavi: Reacting to Eshwarappa’s resignation, Santosh Patil’s brother Prashant Patil said that the family is not bothered about Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister K. S. Eshwarappa’s resignation, we want the arrest of the three persons mentioned in FIR for abetting the suicide.

Speaking to mediaperson on Thursday April 13, Patil’s brother said that we never asked for resignation but arrest of those named in the FIR. As far as resignation is concerned, it is between the Minister and the Government.

Eshwarappa announced his resignation on the evening of Thursday, and would be submitting the resignation letter to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Friday April 15.
