Bantawala: In a tragic incident, a man died after he accidentally slipped and fell into a drain while crossing a foot bridge at Pariyaltadka in Punacha village. The deceased has been identified as Keshav Naik M, a resident of Mayilamoola in Punacha village.

Keshav Naik was walking towards his rented house at Pariyalthadka in Punacha village when he was crossing a footpath in a drain that flowed water near his house when he accidentally slipped and fell and died unable to get up. A case has been registered at Vittla police station in this regard.
