New Delhi : The Congress party has kicked off a fresh row by uploading a photograph of former prime minister and senior BJP leader Atal Bihari Vajpayee in its official website.

Below Vajpayee’s photo is written that “ Modi has not followed Rajadharma.  Is it possible to entrust the nation to the hands of an individual who Vajpayee thought was unfit even to be a chief minister?”

That the Congress has used a BJP leader to hit at the party’s PM candidate has stirred the hornet’s nest.

Though the Congress has justified its move,  the BJP has demanded that the Vajpayee photo be immediately removed from the website. The Congress website also mentions the statement of Jaswanth Singh that Modi should immediately be brought down from the post of Chief Minister. The website also states that Vajpayee had said that Gujarat  riots was responsibe for the BJP defeat in the 2004 elections.
