Lucknow: A month after the Uttar Pradesh Government suspended the woman IAS officer, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has decided to revoke Durga Shakti Nagpal’s suspension.
The report says that Uttar Pradesh Government has decided to revoke in principal the suspension of Durga Nagpal after deliberations between the UP chief secretary and Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
This came after UP Government accepted Durga’s response to the showcause notice.
In this series, District Magistrate of Noida, Ravikant Singh has been transferred. According to report, the Uttar Pradesh Government believes it was the DM’s fault for presenting a lopsided view of the situation in Kadalpur village where Durga was sent to “demolish” the wall of a mosque.
