Gujarat: Everyone is aware of the inspirational life story of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As a young boy, Modi sold tea at Railway station in Vadnagar and now there are possibilities of people getting a chance to get a peep into PM’s past.
The Ministry of Tourism plans to convert the tea stall situated in Vadnagar, Gujarat where Narendra Modi used to sell tea during his childhood into a tourist spot.
Bharatiya Janata Party minister, Prahlad Singh Patel, also the Minister of State for Culture and Tourism took a tour of the spot recently and decided to maintain the essence of the tea stall even as it is developed into a tourist spot. It is said that the stall shall be protected with a glass cover. Also, there are no plans to change the form or the condition of the tea stall. The past and background of PM Modi have often been a hot debated topic. The opposition has often ridiculed him for his past and called him ‘Chaiwala PM’ and Modi seems to have always proudly accepted his past.
