Mumbai : A software engineer, Dinesh Belakare (24), a resident of Vashind was arrested for allegedly sending abusive emails to his boss after hacking an email id, created by the company for him while he was an employee of the Company. He committed the offence after he was sacked for irregular attendance.

Mulund police said that he was frustrated at not getting his dues immediately, as his employer had promised to release them only after the mandatory check process which was expected to take at least 15 days.

Belakare also approached his former co-workers on social networking sites, asking them to quit as their employer was gobbling up employees’ hard-earned money,sources said.

The employer, Koushal Sanghavi, lodged a police complaint with Mulund Police Station on April 25 after Belakare went to the extent of casting aspersions on Sanghavi’s family in a mail. Investigation is on.
