New Delhi: A residential building in the Munirka area of south Delhi started to tilt to one side on Thursday, February 20. Te incident caused panic among the occupants and neighbours.

According to a report by PTI, officials said that the police were alerted about the incident at around 5.30 AM and the six-storeyed building, which had 45 tenants, and around 100 neighbours were evacuated from the area.

Police sources said that teams from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and Sub-divisional Magistrate have arrived at the spot to assess the situation.

The building is reportedly located in front of the Jawaharlal Nehru University’s north gate.
