Bihar: In yet another Bihar shocker, a psychopath serial killer when nabbed by police gave a piece of advice to the cops. “Don’t waste your and my time by interrogating me. Just Google ‘psycho killer Amit’ and you will get all the answers,” the arrested serial killer is said to have told the police who were rather taken by surprise.

Bihar police arrested 35-year-old Avinash Srivastava alias Amit, an educated son of a former Bihar lawmaker. The psychopathic serial killer arrested on Sunday had allegedly killed 22 people in Patna, Vaishali and other districts of the state. He was nabbed from Vaishali when he was trying to steal cash from a bank. An MCA graduate from Delhi’s Jamia Milia Islamic university, Amit worked in the IT sector till his father Lallan Srivastava, a former RJD MLC was killed in Patna in 2003. In an act of revenge, Amit had shot 32 bullets into the body of one Pappu Khan, who had allegedly killed Lallan Srivastava and following this he killed four others who were also involved in his father’s murder.

It is said that climax scene of Bollywood movie ‘Gangs of Wasseypur-2’, where a man pumps countless bullets into body of a politician who killed his father was inspired from Amit’s real life story.

He had earlier served three years in jail, and was released on bail in March this year.
