Solapur: The Maulana Azad Award was organized to give state level recognition to socially active people for which, Summan R Agrawal, secretary and in-charge of cultural cell of the Maharashtra for Congress was present recently Sadashiv Nagar, Taluka Malshiraj in Solapur.

Addressing the gathering she said, “The awards given in the name of Maulana Azad will inspire others to do good work for society and thus make this world a better place to live in.”

Summan Agrawal was invited as the chief guest for the program; she also gave away the Maulana Azad Awards in the program organized at the parliamentary constituency among other congressmen.

Vikas Patil, State President of cultural cell; Mohananand Maharaj, MPCC Gen Secretary; Ramhari Rupanvar, Lalakhan Pathan and congress personals were present in a large number for the award function.
