New Delhi: An Enforcement Directorate (ED) Special Court has denied bail to arrested Congress leader D K Shivakumar in the alleged money laundering case on Wednesday, September 25.

This means that DKShi will have to seek relief by moving the Delhi High Court.

ED Special Court judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar pronounced the judgment.

DKShi has been in the ED’s custody for the last 23 days.
