Mumbai: The Christmas Eve was celebrated with much devotion at St Joseph Church on Saturday December 24.

The entire atmosphere was adorned with sparkling lights and twinkling stars as the birth of Jesus Christ the Saviour was celebrated. The Solemn Eucharistic celebration began at 10.30 pm.

Parish Priest Fr Dominic Vas offered the Mass along with Fr Ivan, Fr Michael, Fr Roshan, Fr Agnelo, Fr Ivo, Fr Walter and Deacon John.

Fr Dominic and Fr Michael preached a vibrant dialogue sermon on the theme ‘Joy in the Family-Joy to the World’.

A large number of parishioners attended to this solemn mass. Carol singing, colourful crib and vibrant Christmas tree added colour to the festivity. At the end Fr Dominic thanked everyone and wished a very happy Christmas.
