New Delhi:The incidents of rape are increasing across the country, while the most recent rape of a photojournalist in Mumbai proves that women cannot move freely.

The national crime department has released the statistics of rape incidents in different states of our nation.  As per the statistics, Assam is most dangerous for women.  The neighbouring Nagaland is safest for women.  Karnataka has been one among the state in the list of unsafe for women that signify the state is marred by rising incidents of violence on women.
