Lucknow: In a tragic incident, a class 11 student committed suicide after she was gang-raped by two men from the same village in Mirzapur district.

Shockingly, it is said that the perpetrators, who are her mother’s political rivals gang-raped the girl to avenge their defeat in Block Development Council polls as against her mother.

As per sources, the girl was raped on Wednesday and since the police refused to file an FIR, the girl opted to end life two days after the crime.

It is only after the committed suicide the police swung into action and arrested the two accused.

Reports say that the girl was abducted by the two accused on Wednesday night when she was alone at home. She was dragged to the nearby fields and raped. The girl narrated whole incident to her parents when she returned home.

Cops have arrested both the accused Pappu Bahelia and Bindu Bahelia.
