Mumbai, Jan 14: Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar inaugurated Bunts Annual Sports Meet, a full day event, which was organised by Bunts Sangha Mumbai sports Committee along with local committee. Following meet was held on January 12, 2014 at Dr. D.Y. Patil University Ground, Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

Event was presided by CA Shankar B. Shetty, president of Bunts sangha in the city.

Encouraging the crowd,Sachin addressed that it is essential to strengthen the interest on sports for healthy life. Let us maintain good health with good sports spirit and make our life to make our dream come true. He expressed gratitude towards Bunt community for their love and respect extended to him.

Chief guest MP Sanjeeva Naik, also conveyed best wishes for the entire sports event.

In his speech State Excise Minister & Guardian Minister of Thane district Ganesh Naik who was the chief guest said Bunts are hard working people. Bunts Sangha spends for good cause. I will continue supporting Bunts community if there is any problem. Think that I am also a member of bunts community.

CA Shankar B. Shetty welcomed all the political leaders Ramdas Kadam, Eknath Shinde, Vijaya Chougule, Vijaya Mane, Pratap Sir Naik, Vijaya More, Rajan Vichare, Vinaya Madvi, Manohara Madve and other dignatories extended their best wishes for the events.
