Massive Fire Breaks Out in Navi Mumbai’s San Pada

Mumbai: A massive fire was reported from Navi Mumbai‘s San Pada area on Monday night. The incident occurred in a building located in Sector 14, with the fire breaking out on the 6th floor.

Fire Originated in a Closed Flat: Police

Reports indicate that the fire originated in a closed flat that was unoccupied at the time, according to police and fire service officials. This circumstance has contributed to the absence of reports regarding casualties or injuries resulting from the incident.

A team of police and firefighters is currently at the scene, working to control the fire. Four firefighting vehicles are present, and the entire building has been evacuated. Outside the building, significant flames and smoke are visible.

Fire Reported at Ghaziabad Mall

In a separate incident, a fire was reported from a mall in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad. The mall falls under the jurisdiction of the Indirapuram Police station.

According to police statements, the fire originated in the lift of Aditya Mall due to a short circuit, starting on the first floor. Fire brigade officials have confirmed that they successfully extinguished the fire, and all individuals have been safely rescued. However, the affected portion of the mall is filled with smoke.
