According to police, a five-year-old child living in the Agar Malwa area of Madhya Pradesh was raped by a seventeen-year-old guy who lived in his neighborhood.
According to a Monday official, the incident happened on Sunday night in a community that is under the jurisdiction of the Soyat Kala police station.
According to Yashwant Rao Gaekwad, the in-charge of the Soyat Kala police station, the kid lured the girl, who was playing outside her house, to his residence, where he sexually assaulted her.
The child told her family about the incident later that night after feeling pain in her belly, and they subsequently filed a police report, he said.
According to the official, the accused has been evading capture since the incident. According to him, the girl’s medical check verified the crime.
According to the official, a case has been filed against the little child in accordance with the applicable provisions of the POCSO Act and the Indian Penal Code.
He indicated that the issue was being looked into.
