Thane: The office of the Superintendent of Police has confirmed the occurrence of a low-intensity explosion on Kashmira Road with an Indian news agency, here on Wednesday, February 20.

It is suspected that an anonymous person had thrown a plastic ball in the Kashmira Road area, which led to the low-intensity explosion at around 10 AM.

During an inquest, the police have found metal balls, locally made jute fuse and pieces of plastic bottle.
