Gurgaon: Renowned playback Singer and ‘Indian Idol-2’ winner Sandeep Acharya breathed his last on   December 15, Sunday. Sandeep was originally from Rajasthan, he had won the music reality show in 2006.

The 29-year-old Sandeep passed away  in a private hospital in Gurgaon where he was undergoing treatment. He was diagnosed with jaundice a few days ago and was shifted to Gurgaon Hospital.

Sandeep is survived by his wife and a month-old daughter.The news of his death saddened his fans and  people of his native town in Rajasthan.
