New Delhi: A fire broke out Sunday inside the Supreme Court premises, the Delhi Fire Service said.

Eight fire tenders battled the flames in the supreme old lawyers’ chamber at around noon.

However it is under control, police sources said. It happened while the new CJI R M Lodha was addressing media persons in the building which is over fifty years old.
