New Delhi: Member of Parliament and Congress leader D K Shivakumar’s brother, D K Suresh presented himself before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) headquarters on Thursday, October 3.
Suresh was summoned for interrogation after ED advocates informed the Rose Avenue Special Court that DKShi had admitted that his brother Suresh had purchased around 21 assets by paying cash.
On September 30, Suresh was issued a notice by the ED to appear for interrogation. It is said that he will also be questioned regarding the alleged money laundering case for which his brother is currently being investigated.
Pertaining to this, Suresh, before entering the ED headquarters, said that he would answer all the questions promptly, as he claimed to not have committed any mistake.
It can be recalled that DKShi was remanded to judicial custody for not cooperating with the ED’s investigation.
