Jaipur: A car, which was part of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat’s convoy, hit a six-year-old boy, leaving him dead.

The accident occurred on Wednesday, on the Harsoli Mundawar Road when the RSS chief was returning from Tijara in Rajasthan. The boy was plying on a bike ridden by a local sarpanch, who was critically injured in the incident and rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

The deceased boy has been identified as Sachin, grandson of the sarpanch, Chetram Yadav.

Bhagwat was in Rajasthan to attend a three-day RSS coordination meeting, which saw over 200 delegates of 35 RSS affiliates.
