Agra, Mar 19: A British tourist jumped from her hotel room here on Tuesday March 19, allegedly to avoid being assaulted by a man who forced his way into her room.

She jumped from the balcony of her room on the first floor and is in hospital with head injuries; both her legs are fractured.

The man who allegedly tried to molest her has been identified as the hotel owner and has been arrested.

A few days ago, a Swiss woman cycling through Madhya Pradesh (MP) with her partner was gang-raped by six men, who have been arrested.
