Mumbai: The Oshiwara Police have booked daily soap actor of the 90’s show “The Sword of Tipu Sultan” Shahbaz Khan (who played the role of Hyder Ali) for allegedly molesting a minor girl.

According to reports, an FIR has been filed against the actor under IPC Section 354 (assault or criminal force on woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and Section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman).

The police have begun an investigation into the matter.
