Thane : Seven passengers were killed  in a head-on collision between a Volvo bus and an oil tanker  at Kude village in Manore on January 28, Tuesday at around midnight.As many as 14 passengers were injured in the mishap.

The Volvo bus was heading towards Ahmedabad when the mishap took place. Police officials and medical staff are at the spot to help in relief operations. Police said that the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital.
