Mumbai: Another case of gang rape has come to light, while a 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped by an auto-rickshaw driver and his two friends on Monday November 25.

The initial reports reveal that the girl knew the auto-rickshaw driver and thus it was easy to gain her confidence.

The incident took place at Ganpat Patil Nagar in Dahisar, a western suburb of the city, on Monday night.  After offering a lift to the teenager, the indicted and his accompanies allegedly took the rickshaw to an isolated place and then raped her.

All the three accused have been arrested and booked for rape.
