Mumbai, Jan 29: V S Kundu, Director, Mumbai International Film Festival along with Mr. Manish Desai, Director – PIB, Mumbai at the press announcement of 13th MIFF (Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentary, Short and Animation Films) organised by Fim Division, Goverment of India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will be held at NCPA (the National Centre for Performing Arts), Mumbai from February 3 to 9, 2014.
