Mangaluru: In a heartfelt tribute to the educators who have shaped countless lives, ICYM Surathkal organized a special felicitation ceremony on the occasion of Teachers Day on 10 Sep. 2023 Sunday at the church after the Mass.
This event celebrated the hard work and passion of these teachers and also served as a reminder of the vital role they play in shaping the future of the community and society as a whole.
60 teachers both currently serving and those who have retired after years of dedicated service in the education field were honoured with a momento and flower by V. Rev. Fr Austin Peter Peris, Parish Priest Sacred Heart Church Surathkal, Secretary of PPC Asha Pinto and ICYM President Joyvin Dsouza.
Royston Rodrigues, vice President of ICYM compered this event.
